Empowering Futures: MYDP Job Fair Connects Beauty Graduates with Industry Employers
Make-up Your Dream Project (MYDP) successfully organized a Job Fair designed to connect its trainees with potential employers in the beauty industry. The event took place at the Mirpur Convention Center and aimed to empower participants who have recently completed their beautification training from the MYDP training center.
The job fair attracted a diverse range of beauty salons, all eager to meet the talented graduates of MYDP. Attendees had the opportunity to showcase their skills, network with industry leaders, and explore job openings that align with their new qualifications. A total of 26 graduates participated in the event.
MYDP emphasized the importance of practical experience and professional connections in securing employment, and the job fair served as a vital platform for lowering barriers to entry into the workforce.
"This is a prime opportunity for us to choose the ideal candidate for our business, as all participants have been honed by expert training at the MYDP training center," said Sheuli Akter, the owner of Ongona Beauty Parlour.
There was a positive atmosphere throughout the event, with many trainees expressing excitement about their future prospects. Several employers noted the high skill level of the participants and expressed interest in hiring them for various roles.
"We received professional training from the MYDP Training Center and acquired the necessary skills. This job fair serves as a valuable platform for us to secure employment and achieve financial independence," said Toma, a talented graduate of the MYDP training center.
